摘要
通过对某CRH1型动车组进行8次车轮外形测量及磨耗跟踪测试,分析其轮缘厚度与等效锥度等主要参数,设计了LMD系列薄轮缘踏面。利用多体动力学软件UM建立CRH1型动车组系统动力学模型,对LMD薄轮缘踏面分别从车辆临界速度、车辆稳定性、车体平稳性、小曲线和道岔通过性等动力学性能进行分析,并与LMD原型踏面对比。研究结果表明:LMD系列薄轮缘踏面在经济性方面有较大提高,各项动力学性能指标均满足运营要求。
Based on 8 times wheel profile measurement and wear tracking test of a (SKill INIUs, aria anaiyss of me mareparameters such as flange thickness and equivalent taper, the thin wheel treads of the LMD series were designed. With dynamicsoftware UM, the dynamic model of CRH1 EMUs was estabshed, the original tread and LMD thin wheel flange tread were comparedon the following aspects: vehicle critical speed, the lateral stability of the frame, the stability of the vehicle body, the performance ofsmall curve and turnout etc. The result showed that the economy of LMD thin wheel flange tread has a great improvement, and thedynamic indexes satisfy the operational requirements.
