摘要 对批量运用的3种进口和国产粉末冶金闸片的摩擦性能进行对比试验,并对测得的平均摩擦系数进行分析研究,发现闸片压力、制动初速度和初始温度会对闸片的摩擦系数产生影响。根据该研究成果,在评价某种闸片性能优劣时,可以重点考核其在低压力、低速和高温初始条件下摩擦系数的稳定性。最终,挑选闸片A作为装车闸片,该闸片完成60万km载客运用考核后,制动盘摩擦面没有出现热斑、划伤、热裂纹等不良现象,闸片摩擦块状态良好,没有出现掉块等异常现象,证明该闸片可以满足250 km/h动车组使用要求。研究成果可以为今后修订闸片标准提供参考。 Three kinds of imported and domestic sinter brake pads which had been used a lot were tested in contrast, and theaverage measured friction coefficient was analytical investigated. It was found that brake pressure, initial brake speed and temperaturehad influence on the friction coefficient of the brake pad. According to the research results, the stability of friction coefficient at lowpressure, low speed and high temperature could be evaluated when the quality of brake pads need to be evaluated. Pad A was selectedto be mounted at cars, and after the in-service test of 600,000 km, it didn't appear any hot spots, scratches, thermal cracks and otherbad phenomena on the brake disc friction surfaces, and the brake pad was in good condition without block dropping anomalies, whichproved that the brake pads could meet the requirements of the 250 km/h EMU. The research results can provide a reference for therevision of the brake pad standards.
