摘要
目前既有铁路列车实心车轴探伤工艺存在检测效率低、超声覆盖不全、易漏检等劣势,针对这些问题,提出了一种采用先进成熟的相控阵超声探伤技术,基于轴端耦合的超声波探伤新方法。该探伤方法具有超声覆盖全,检测效率高,检测能力强,检测效果稳定等优势,可以代替既有实心车轴手工探伤工艺。
At present, the existing railway train solid axle inspection technologies have some disadvantages such as low inspection efficiency, limited ultrasonic coverage and missing detection. For these disadvantages, a method for solid axle inspection based on axle end coupling by advanced and mature phased array ultrasonic technology was introduced. The method had some advantages such as better coverage, high inspection efficiency, strong inspection ability and stable inspection effect, which could replace the existing manual inspection process for solid axle.
