摘要
农村成人教育发展被边缘化、个体参与培训的动力不足、性别差距根深蒂固和培训过程中的语言沟通障碍已经成为发展中国家农村成人教育面临的巨大挑战。从各国解决农村成人教育问题的实践中可以看出,发展中国家农村成人教育具有如下一些发展趋势:逐步建立多元化经费投入机制;农民作为受教育主体的地位与权利日益受到重视;能力建设逐渐成为农村成人教育培训的核心;积极吸纳志愿者与大学生作为师资队伍的重要补充;正规教育与非正规教育逐步走向融合;质量监测评估日益受到重视。
Nowadays,marginalization of rural adult education,lack of individual' s motivation to participate in the training,inequality of genders in educational chance and language gaps in the process of training are all becoming great challenges in rural adult education in developing countries.According to the practice of each country in solving their problems in rural adult education,trends of rural adult education in developing countries could be found as follows:first,diversified financial mechanisms have been established gradually ;second,the status and rights of farmers as the subjects being educated have been paid more and more attention ;third,capacity-building is becoming the core in rural adults' education ;forth,volunteers and college students are being attracted as an important supplement of teachers ;fifth,formal education and informal education are being integrated progressively ;sixth,more attention are being paid to quality monitoring and evaluation.
