摘要
在中小学教育中,面对家长的强烈诉求、社会的压力,不少校长的办学角色定位产生了偏差,导致学校育人价值功利化,素质教育不能在学校真正实施。实施素质教育必须明确校长是第一责任人,校长办学角色定位必须立足于学生发展,纠正中小学育人价值的功利化取向,营造学生"四会"的良好学校环境。
In the primary and secondary education,parents' intense appeal and social pressure have caused the dislocation of the roles of quite a few principals in school management,which has led to the utilitarian orientation of the value of education,as well as the unsuccessful implementation of quality-oriented education in schools.The implementation of quality-oriented education should be clear that the principal is the first responsible person,the role of principal in school management should be based on the development of students,the utilitarian value orientation of education in primary and secondary schools should be corrected,and the favorable school environment for the students should be constructed.
