摘要
通过对粤北地区中学生学校教育状况的问卷调查和访谈,探究女性学校教育状况。调查结果表明,中学生对学校环境设施的满意度、学科倾向、学业成绩、学习成败归因、职业期望等存在性别差异。教师的性别教育理念直接影响学生,教师树立正确的性别观,提高教育能力,是促进两性教育公平,提高女性教育质量的重要保证。
By questionnaire survey and interview on the status quo of middle school students in north Guangdong areas,the status quo of female education in schools has been explored.It is found out that there lies gender difference for the middle school students in school environment satisfaction,disciplinary inclination,scholastic attainment,learning attribution of success and failure,occupation expectation,etc.Teachers' idea on gender education influence the students directly.Therefore,the teachers should establish correct outlook on gender and improve education ability,which would be the important guarantee to improve gender educational equity and promote female educational quality.
