高职教育“总部—基地”办学模式——基于浙江工商职业技术学院的探索

School Running Mode of "Headquarters-bases" in Higher Vocational Education——Based on the Exploration of Zhejiang Business and Technology Institute

由高职教育发展战略与企业总部经济发展战略渗透而内生的、在企业的组织和产业的空间布局变化中发展的"总部—基地"办学模式,为高职教育的发展提供了新的机会和产业资源。浙江工商职业技术学院紧扣宁波区域经济发展的实际、优势和特色,基于多年的教育实践而凝炼的"总部—基地"办学模式,进行了大胆探索——通过引入总部经济新理念,模拟总部经济的管理模式与运行机制,探寻促进高职教育发展,从而更好地融入地方经济社会建设主战场的新路径。

The school running mode of 'headquarters-bases',which has been produced in the infiltration between the development strategies of higher vocational education and enterprise headquarters economy,and boomed in the change of spatial distribution of enterprise organization and industry,has offered the new opportunities and industry resources for the development of vocational education.Relying on the reality,advantage and characteristic of the regional economic development of Ningbo City,and on the basis of many years of educational practice of the school running mode of 'headquarters-bases',Zhejiang Business and Technology Institute has developed a new route for vocational education to integrate with regional economic social construction,which is to introduce the new ideas of headquarters economy,and imitate the management mode and operating mechanism,and explore the development of higher vocational education.
