摘要
目的探讨高浓度卡泊芬净对热带假丝酵母菌的体外抑菌特性。方法对临床分离的20株具有高浓度抑菌现象的热带假丝酵母菌使用微量板稀释法用高药物浓度检测抑菌现象,并且取其中的1株应用时间-杀菌曲线法检测卡泊芬净抗菌活性。结果卡泊芬净低浓度(≤4μg/ml)作用时,细菌生长数随时间变化而急剧降低,而高浓度(8μg/ml、10μg/ml、16μg/ml)时,细菌生长数随时间无显著变化。结论卡泊芬净对热带假丝酵母低浓度时有较强杀菌能力,而高浓度时则表现抑菌现象,临床上应予以重视。
Objective To determinate in vitro antifungal activity of high concentrations of caspofungin against Candida tropicalis.Methods 20 strains of C.tropicalis from clinic were used to the determination of the fungistatic function of high concentrations of caspofungin against C.tropicalis isolates by means of a microdilution technique.One of those isolates was used to study the killing dynamics in time-kill experiments as well.Results Under the roles of low concentration(≤ 4 μg/ml) caspofungin,the number of fungal growth decreased sharply with time,however,for high concentration caspofungin(8 μg/ml,10 μg/ml ,16 μg/ml),the fungal growth had not significant changce over time.Conclusion Caspofungin has a strong fungicidal activity at low concentration,but was only fungistatic at high concentration.We must think highly of the phenomenon in clinic.
