习近平外交思想在金砖国家合作机制与“一带一路”倡议对接中的体现

How Xi Jinping's Foreign Policy Thought is Manifested in Growing Linkages between the BRICs and the Belt and Road Initiative

习近平总书记就如何发展和处理对外关系提出了一系列新思想,可以统称为习近平外交思想,其中金砖国家合作机制和"一带一路"倡议的对接,也是习近平外交思想的重要体现。习近平外交思想的深化和平发展、倡导合作共赢、构建伙伴关系、践行义利合一价值观、坚持总体安全观、构建人类命运共同体等新理念又充分体现在金砖国家合作机制与"一带一路"倡议的对接之中。基于此,本文首先对习近平外交思想在二者对接中的必然性进行分析,进而分析二者战略对接的外交思想基础。通过对二者战略对接的必然性和思想基础进行分析,进而提出习近平外交思想在金砖国家合作机制和"一带一路"倡议战略对接中的实践路径。

President Xi Jinping has proposed a body of new thinking with respect to how to develop and manage foreign relations.Collectively these ideas can be referred to as Xi Jinping’s Foreign Policy Thought.One important space where Xi Jinping’s Foreign Policy Thought has had particular influence is around the connections between the BRICs cooperation framework and the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI).The concepts of Xi Jinping Foreign Policy Thought,including:the deepening of peaceful development,win-win cooperation,the construction of partnership relations,the principle of the"unity of righteousness and benefit",maintaining a comprehensive view of security,and the construction of a community of shared destiny are deeply embedded in the linkages established between the BRICs cooperation framework and the BRI.This article conducts an analysis of the inevitable role played by Xi Jinping Foreign Policy Theory,and further the foreign policy theory underlying the strategic connection between the two frameworks.Through this analysis,the article advances the view that Xi Jinping Foreign Policy Thought provides a practical pathway for connectivity between the BRICs cooperation framework and the Belt and Road Initiative.
