桂枝茯苓丸对全膝关节置换术后伤口红肿热痛的影响

The Influence of Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill on Swelling and Heat-Pain of the Wound After Arthroplasty of the Total Knee Joint

目的:观察桂枝茯苓丸对全膝关节置换术后伤口红肿热痛等症状的影响。方法:选取2015年8月至2016年6月在本院行关节置换术的75例患者,随机分为对照组30例和治疗组45例,对照组术后给予低分子肝素钙注射液0.4 m L,每日皮下1次治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予桂枝茯苓丸口服,日1次,比较两组患者治疗前后肢体周径、疼痛评分和肢体温度差情况。结果:治疗组术后第3天与术后第7天患肢伤口疼痛、髌上周径与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率为43.33%,治疗组有效率为93.33%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓丸可有效减少全膝关节置换术后肢体红肿热痛症状。

Objective： To observe the influence of Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill on swelling and heat-pain of the wound after arthroplasty of the total knee joint. Methods： Seventy-five patients who received arthroplasty in our hospital between August 2015 and June 2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases and 45 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were given 0. 4 m L of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium Injection for subcutaneous injection,once daily,and the ones in the treatment group were treated with Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill for oral administration based on the treatment of the control group,once a day. Then limb circumference,pain score and limb temperature difference before and after the treatment were compared. Results： The wound pain and patellar diameter on the third day after operation and the seventh day in the treatment group were statistically significant compared with those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,The effective rate in the control group was 43. 33%,and that in the treatment group was 93. 33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill can effectively reduce the symptoms of swelling and o heat-pain f the limbs after arthroplasty of the total knee joint.
