摘要
目的:观察针刺对脑梗死大鼠神经功能缺损及脑缺血体积的影响。方法:将280只大鼠随机分为模型组90只、针刺组90只、假手术组90只、空白对照组10只。前三组又按术后1 h、3 h、6 h、9 h、12 h、24 h、3 d、7 d、12 d共9个时相分为9组,每时相各10只。以Longa腔内线栓法复制大鼠脑梗死模型为研究对象,采用神经症状评分(neuropathy symptom score,NSS)及TTC染色法观测脑梗死后不同时相神经功能缺损、脑组织缺血体积变化及电针人中穴的干预效应。结果:各时相针刺组、模型组NSS评分与空白组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。针刺组与同时相模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。针刺组、模型组脑缺血体积与空白组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);而假手术组与空白组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与同时相模型组比较,针刺组脑梗死大鼠脑缺血体积6 h后均小于同时相模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺能显著改善脑梗死后神经功能症状,减少脑缺血体积,可改善脑梗死的预后。
Objective: To observe the influence of acupuncture on nerve function defect and cerebral ischemia volume in rats with cerebral infarction. Methods: Two hundred and eighty rats were randomly divided into the model group with 90 rats,the acupuncture group with 90 rats,the sham operation group with 90 rats and the blank control group with 10 rats. The first three groups were divided into 9 groups according to 1 hour,3 hours,6 hours,9 hours,12 hours,24 hours,3 days,7 days,12 days,each of which were 10 in each phase. The rat model of cerebral infarction was copied by using the method of Longa bolt inside the cavity as the research object. By using the NSS score and TTC staining,nerve function defect and cerebral ischemia volume change and i electro-acupuncture intervention effect were observed after cerebral infarction at different time phase( 1 hour,3 hours,6 hours,9 hours,12 hours,24 hours,3 days,7 days,12 days). Results: The NSS score of the blank group and the sham operation group was0. In each time phase,the NSS scores of the acupuncture group and the model group were statistically different from those of the blank group( P 〈 0. 01). In the simultaneous time phase,the difference between the acupuncture group and the model group was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 01). Compared with blank group,there was a significant difference in cerebral ischemic volume between acupuncture group and model group and it( P 〈 0. 01),but there was no significant difference between the sham operation group and the control group( P 〉 0. 05). Compared with the simultaneous phase model group,the cerebral ischemic volume in the acupuncture group was less than that of the simultaneous model group after 6 hours of cerebral ischemia in the rats. The difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Acupuncture can significantly improve the symptoms of nerve function after cerebral infarction,reduce the volume of cerebral ischemia,and improve the prognosis of cerebral infarction.
