脑心通胶囊联合脑安胶囊治疗脑梗死后遗症43例

Forty-Three Cases of Sequelae of Cerebral Infarction Treated with Naoxintong Capsules in Combination with Naoan Capsules

目的:观察脑心通胶囊联合脑安胶囊治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效。方法:将86例脑梗死后遗症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组给予常规康复理疗、饮食调理等,观察组在对照组的基础上给予脑心通胶囊及脑安胶囊。比较两组患者治疗前后脑血流速度、椎动脉血流量变化情况,观察两组患者临床疗效、血液流变学指标、脑血管弹性、通畅性及自身调节功能等指标。结果:对照组有效率为58.13%,观察组有效率为74.41%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组全血高切黏度、低切黏度,血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后脑血流速度、椎动脉血流量高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组特性阻抗、外周阻力及动态阻抗高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑心通胶囊联合脑安胶囊治疗脑梗死后遗症疗效确切,可改善脑血管功能、降低血液黏稠度。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Naoxintong Capsules（ NXTC） in combination with Naoan Capsules（ NAC） on sequelae of cerebral infarction. Methods： Eighty-six patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine rehabilitation physiotherapy,diet conditioning and so on. The ones in the observation group were given NXTC in combination with NAC on the basis of control group. The changes of cerebral blood flow velocity and vertebral artery blood flow were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. The clinical efficacy,hemorheology,cerebrovascular elasticity,patency and self-regulation function of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 58. 13%,while that of the observation group was 74. 41%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group’s whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were significantly lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the two groups’ cerebral blood flow velocity and vertebral artery blood flow were higher than those before the treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group’s characteristic impedance,peripheral resistance and dynamic resistance were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： NXTC in combination with NAC has a remarkable clinical curative effect on sequelae of cerebral infarction,can improve the function of cerebrovascular and reduce the viscosity of blood.
