抗毒合剂治疗手足口病邪犯肺脾证临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Hand-foot-mouth Disease with Lung-Spleen Syndrome due to Pathogenic Factor with Antitoxic Mixture

目的:观察抗毒合剂治疗手足口病邪犯肺脾证的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年7月至2017年7月本院收治的手足口病患儿124例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组68例和对照组56例。治疗过程中因对药物过敏(治疗组1例)、监护人拒绝治疗方案(治疗组3例,对照组8例)共脱失病例12例,最终有效病例治疗组64例,对照组48例。两组患儿均按照《手足口病诊疗指南(2010年版)》给予常规治疗,治疗组在上述基础上给予抗毒合剂口服治疗。结果:治疗组有效率95.3%,对照组有效率为85.4%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组体温恢复正常时间、皮疹疱疹消退时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后EV71-Ig M、CA16-Ig M检出率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗毒合剂治疗手足口病邪犯肺脾证疗效显著,且具有退热迅速、缩短病程、加快皮疹消退等特点。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Antitoxic Mixture on Hand-foot-mouth Disease（ HFMD） with lungspleen syndrome due to pathogenic factor. Methods： One hundred and twenty-four patients with HFMD who were treated in our hospital between July 2015 and July 2017 were chosen as the research subjects,and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random digital table method,with 68 cases and 56 cases respectively. In the course of treatment,there were 12 lost cases,including one case due to drug allergy in the treatment group,3 cases in the treatment group and 8 cases in the control group due to the refusal of the guardian to the treatment program. The final effective cases included 64 cases in the treatment group and 48 cases in the control group. The two groups’ children received routine treatment in accordance with the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of HFMD ＂（ 2010 Edition） ＂ What’s more,the ones in the treatment group were added Antitoxic Mixture to on the basis of the above treatment. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was 95. 3%,while that of the control group was 85. 4%,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The treatment group’ s body temperature returning to normal time,rash blebsubsidise time were better than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. EV71-Ig M,CA16-Ig M detection rates in treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Antitoxic Mixture has a remarkable clinical curative effect on HFMD with lung-spleen syndrome due to pathogenic factor,also has the characteristics of removing fever rapidly,shortening the course of the disease and accelerating the receding of the rash.
