安喘方治疗发作期支气管哮喘疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Asthma-Removing Decoction in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma in the Onset Period

目的:观察安喘方治疗发作期支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年12月本院门诊治疗的支气管哮喘发作期轻中度患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组给予安喘方联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,对照组只给予布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,共治疗4周。结果:治疗4周后,两组轻度哮喘患者的完全控制率均优于同组中度哮喘患者(P<0.05),治疗组中度哮喘患者的完全控制率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组轻度发作患者喘息症状的显控率均高于同组中度发作的患者(P<0.05),治疗4周后,治疗组轻度发作患者喘息症状的显控率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组轻度发作的患者肺部哮鸣音体征的显控率均优于同组中度发作的患者(P<0.05),治疗2周后,治疗组哮喘中度发作患者肺部哮鸣音的显控率优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗4周后,治疗组轻度发作患者的显控率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组哮喘轻度发作患者肺功能提示的无阻塞率均显著优于同组中度发作的患者(P<0.05),治疗组哮喘轻度、中度发作的患者无阻塞率与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);两组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:安喘方治疗发作期支气管哮喘疗效优于布地奈德福莫特罗,能改善患者中医证候积分,改善患者症状体征。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Asthma-Removing Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma in the onset period. Methods： One hundred outpatients with mild or moderate bronchial asthma in the onset period in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with Asthma-Removing Decoction and Bbu Di Ned Fumo Tero together,while the ones in the control group were treated only with Bbu Di Ned Fumo Tero,and the treatment lasted for 4 weeks. Results： After 4 weeks of treatment,the complete control rate of two groups of mild asthma patients was better than that of the same group of moderate asthma patients（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the complete control rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Comparing the two groups’ TCM syndrome curative effects,the treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the remarkable control rate of the two groups’ asthma symptoms of mild asthmatic attack was higher than the same group of patients with moderate attack（ P 〈 0. 05）. After 4 weeks of treatment,the remarkable control rate of the treatment group with mild asthmatic attack symptoms was significantly better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the remarkable control rate of the two groups’ pulmonary wheezing symptoms of patients with mild attack was superior to the same group of two patients with moderate attack（ P 〈 0. 05）; After 2 weeks of treatment,the remarkable control rate of the patients with moderate attack and pulmonary wheezing symptoms was better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; After 4 weeks of treatment,the remarkable control rate of the patients with mild attack and pulmonary wheezing symptoms was better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.The no-blocking rate of pulmonary function of patients with mild attack was significantly better than the same group of patients with moderate pulmonary function（ P 〈 0. 05）. There had no significant differences in no-blocking rate of patients with mild and moderate asthma between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. The rate of adverse reactions in the two groups had no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： In terms of treating episodes of bronchial asthma,the therapeutic effect of Asthma-Removing Decoction is better than that of Bbu Di Ned Fumo Tero. It can better the TCM syndrome score and improve the symptoms and signs of the patients.
