胃热汤治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

The Observation of the Curative Effect of Stomach-Warming Decoction in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Positive Chronic atrophic Gastritis

目的:观察胃热汤治疗幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)的疗效。方法:选取本院中医内科和消化内科诊治的Hp阳性CAG患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予胃热汤治疗,对照组给予兰索拉唑、丽珠得乐、克拉霉素、阿莫西林口服治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后中医证候积分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为90.00,两组中医证候疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率80.00%,对照组有效率63.33%,两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组Hp根除率76.67%,对照组Hp根除率73.33%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组复发率4.35%,对照组复发率31.82%,两组Hp根除患者复发情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃热汤治疗Hp阳性CAG疗效肯定,复发率低。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Stomach-Warming Decoction on Helicobacter pylori（ Hp） positive chronic atrophic gastritis（ CAG）. Methods： Sixty patients with Hp positive CAG who were treated in our hospital’ s TCM Internal Medicine Department and Digestive Internal Medicine Department were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were given Stomach-Warming Decoction,while the ones in the control group received lansoprazole,lizhudele,clarithromycin and amoxicillin for oral administration. Results： After the treatment,the treatment group’ s TCM syndrome score was superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 67%,while that of the control group was 90. 00%,and the difference in TCM syndrome efficaxy was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The effective rate of treatment group was 80%,while that of the control group was 63. 33%,the difference in the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The treatment group’s Hp eradication rate was 76. 67%,while that of the control group was 73. 33%,and the two groups had no statistically significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05）. The treatment group’s recurrence rate was 4. 35%,while that of the control group was 31. 82%,and the two groups had statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： StomachWarming Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on Hp positive CAG and the recurrence rate is low.
