针刺透灸背俞穴治疗失眠症临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Beishu Points for Treating Insomnia

目的:观察针刺加透灸背俞穴治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月在河南推拿职业学院附属医院门诊治疗的失眠症患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予针刺透灸背俞穴治疗,对照组给予针刺配合特定电磁波谱治疗仪治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)表的各项及总体评分,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率96.7%,对照组有效率70.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数各项及总体评分均低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺透灸背俞穴治疗失眠症临床疗效显著,降低患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数,改善患者睡眠质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on Beishu points on insomnia. Methods： Sixty patients with insomnia who were treated in Outpatient Department of Affiliated Hospital of Henan Massage Vocational College between January 2016 and January 2017 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on Beishu points,and the ones in the control group were treated with acupuncture combined with a special electromagnetic wave therapy instrument. Then each item of Pittsburgh sleep quality indexes（ PSQI） and the overall score before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared,and their clinical efficacies were evaluated. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was 96. 7%,while that of the control group was 70%,and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Each item of PSQI and the overall score in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and moxibustion on Beishu points has a remarkable clinical curative effect on insomnia,can reduce the patients’ PSQI and improve their sleep quality.
