穴位埋线联合“额三针”治疗心脾两虚型失眠临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Combined with "Three Needlings on the Forehead" for the Treatment of Insomnia Due to Syndrome of Heart and Spleen Deficiency

目的:观察穴位埋线联合"额三针"治疗心脾两虚型失眠的疗效。方法:选取2013年7月至2014年12月于湖北荆州市中医药针灸门诊就诊的心脾两虚型失眠患者50例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组给予穴位埋线联合"额三针"治疗,对照组给予"额三针"治疗,两组均连续治疗3周并保持随访。根据匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、中医证候总分评定其疗效。结果:治疗组有效率96.0%,对照组有效率76.0%,治疗组优于对照组(χ2=4.545,P<0.05);两组治疗后PSQI评分及中医证候总分较治疗前均降低(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后PSQI评分、中医证候总分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合"额三针"治疗心脾两虚型失眠疗效显著,优于单纯"额三针"针刺治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of acupoint catgut embedding combined with ＂ three needlings on the forehead＂ for the treatment of insomnia due to syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency. Methods： Totally 50 patients with insomnia due to syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency treated in the Acupuncture Clinic in Jingzhou between July 2013 and December2014 were randomized treatment group and control group,25 cases in each group. Treatment group were treated by acupoint catgut embedding combined with ＂ three needlings on the forehead＂ while control group were treated by ＂ three needlings on the forehead＂,3 weeks of consecutive treatment for both groups. The therapeutic effects were determined by score of PSQI and total scores of TCM symptoms. Results： The effective rate was 96. 0% in treatment group and 76. 0% in control group（ χ2= 4. 545,P 〈0. 05）. The scores of PSQI and total scores of TCM symptoms in both groups after treatment declined（ P 〈 0. 01）,and the score of PSQI and total scores of TCM symptoms in treatment group were superior to those in control group（ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05）; the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion： Acupoint catgut embedding combined with ＂ three needlings on the forehead＂ has significant therapeutic effects insomnia due to syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency,and the effects were superior to that of pure ＂ three needlings on the forehead＂.
