健脾温肾小儿推拿疗法对脾肾阳虚型泄泻患儿的干预效果

The Intervention Effect of Massage Therapy for Children to Invigorate Spleen and Warm Kidney on Children with Diarrhea of Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Type

目的:观察健脾温肾小儿推拿疗法对脾肾阳虚型泄泻患儿的干预效果。方法:选取本院2016年1月至2017年6月收治的脾肾阳虚型泄泻患儿64例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组32例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,即双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散联合治疗,试验组给予健脾温肾小儿推拿疗法治疗。结果:治疗后,试验组证候积分为(0.66±1.11)分,对照组证候积分为(1.21±2.21)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率为68.75%,试验组有效率为93.75%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿均未表现出任何不良反应。结论:健脾温肾小儿推拿疗法可有效改善脾肾阳虚型泄泻患儿临床症状,且疗效确切,安全性较高。

Objective： To observe the intervention effect of massage therapy for children to invigorate spleen and warm kidney on children with diarrhea of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type. Methods： Sixty-four children with diarrhea of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type who were treated in our hospital between a January 2016 and June 2017 were chosen as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 32 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy,namely Bifid-Triple Viable Tablets combined with Smecta,while the experimental group was given massage therapy for children to invigorate spleen and warm kidney. Results： After the treatment,the experimental group’s syndrome score was（ 0. 66 ±1. 11）,while that of the control group was（ 1. 21 ± 2. 21）,and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the control group was 68. 75%,while that of the experimental group was 93. 75%,and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. The two groups did not show any adverse reaction. Conclusion： Massage therapy for children to invigorate spleen and warm kidney has a remarkable clinical curative effect on children with diarrhea of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type,can improve the diseased children’s clinical symptoms,and has a high safety.
