摘要
目的对血人参不同施肥量下的植株生长情况进行研究,确定血人参药材最佳施肥量,为其规范化种植技术奠定基础。方法按照同一种植密度,不同施肥量种植血人参,观察记录血人参生长情况,3年后统计产量和生物量并对不同植密度下血人参药材进行水分、灰分、浸出物测定和鉴别检查,确定血人参最佳施肥量。结果不同施肥量下血人参非药用部位没有明显差异;当施肥量为225 kg/hm^2时,血人参药材产量最高。结论血人参的最佳施肥量为225 kg/hm^2。
Objective To lay the foundation of standardized cultivation, and the optimum amount of fertilizer on Indigofera stachyoides growth were studied. Methods Under the condition of the same planting density and different fertilizer amount, the growth and reproduction of I. stachyoides were observed and recorded, and the optimum amount of fertilizer was determined after three years based on predicting yield, determination of moisture and ash, and extract determination of I. stachyoides. Results There was no significant difference in the non-medicinal parts of I. stachyoides under different fertilizer amount, and I. stachyoides had highest yield when fertilizer amount was 225 kg/hm^2. Conclusion The optimum fertilizer amount of I. stachyoides was 225 kg/hm^2.
