摘要
研究了采用钙化焙烧—酸浸工艺从钒铁渣中提取钒,通过条件试验考察了几个因素对钒提取效果的影响。试验结果表明:采用钙化焙烧—酸浸工艺,在铁钒渣造球粒径8~10mm、氧化钙用量为钒铁渣质量的14%、硫酸质量浓度120g/L、焙烧温度900℃、浸出时间4h、液固体积质量比2∶1、浸出温度95℃条件下,钒浸出率在95%以上,工艺操作简单,有一定经济效益。
Extraction of vanadium from ferrovanadium slag by the process of roasting calcification-- acidic leaching was researched. The influences of several parameters on extraction of vanadium were examined by condition experiments. The results show that by the process, under the conditions of pellet size of ferrovanadium slag of 8-10 mm,calcium oxide accounting for 14% of slag,sulfuric acid concentrate of 120 g/L,roasting temperature of 900 ℃ ,leaching time of 4 h,the ratio of liquid volume- to-solid mass of 2 : 1 and leaching temperature of 95 ℃,the leaching of vanadium is over 95 %. The process is convenient and economic benefits is good.
