有机相中锰、镁离子洗涤分离试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 用P204从电解锰阳极液中溶剂萃取锰离子过程中,部分镁离子会同步进入到有机相中,不利于锰离子的反萃取与回收。研究了采用洗涤法从有机相中分离镁离子,使锰、镁离子分离。针对锰离子质量浓度8.67g/L、镁离子质量浓度0.799g/L的有机相,考察了洗涤时间、静置时间、洗涤剂硫酸浓度、相比Vo∶Va、洗涤级数等对镁离子洗出率的影响。试验结果表明,在温度35℃、水相硫酸浓度0.03 mol/L、洗涤相比V_o∶V_a=1∶3、洗涤时间10min、静置时间40 min条件下,经2级洗涤,有机相中镁离子质量浓度可降至6.85mg/L。 In the process of recovery manganese from electrolytic manganese anode solution by P204 solvent extraction, some magnesium ions are also extracted into organic phase with manganese ions, which is unfavorable to strip and recover manganese. Separating magnesium ions from organic phase by washing using sulfuric acid were researched. For the organic solution with manganese ions and magnesium ions concentration of 8.67 g/L and 0. 799 g/L,the effects of washing time,standing time, sulfuric acid concentrate,ratio of organic phase volume to water phase volume(Vo : Va) and washing stage on washing of magnesium ions were examined. The results show that under the conditions of temperature of 35 ℃,sulfuric acid concentration of 0.03 mol/L,Vo : Va of 1 : 3,washing time of 10 min,standing time of 40 min and two stage washing,magnesium ions concentration in organic phase can decreased to 6.85 mg/L.
