摘要
研究了在碱性条件下用玉米淀粉水热还原CuO制备超细铜粉。通过单因素条件试验考察了温度、反应时间、玉米淀粉质量分数对高纯超细铜粉粒径的影响。试验结果表明:在温度200℃、反应时间100min、玉米淀粉质量分数25%条件下,可制备出粒径0.2~5.0μm的高纯超细铜粉。试验结果可为以其他低成本绿色环保生物质(稻秆、麦秸等)为原料,实现超细铜粉低碳化绿色生产提供参考。
Preparing of ultrafine copper powder by hydrothermal reduction of CuO using corn starch as reducing agent under alkaline environment was reseached. The effects of temperature, reaction time and corn starch dosage on high-purity ultrafine copper powder partical size were examined by single factor tests. The results show that under the conditions of temperature of 200 ℃ ,reaction time of 100 min and corn starch dosage of 25 %,the high-purity ultrafine copper powder with 0.2-5.0μm particle size range is prepared. The research results can be referenced in green production of ultra-fine copper powder using low-cost biomass (rice straw,wheat straw,etc. ) as raw materials.
