碘的氧化对电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定总碘的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了以17%次氯酸钠溶液为氧化剂氧化碘离子为碘酸根、采用ICP-MS测定碘。结果表明:碘离子氧化为碘酸根后,测定结果稳定性显著增强,响应值不减弱,解决了碘离子不稳定导致测定结果偏差大的问题;氧化反应对碘的形态有影响;反应速率仅与次氯酸钠用量有关,与反应时间、溶液酸度无关,足量的次氯酸钠即刻会将碘离子氧化为碘酸根离子。 Determination of total iodine by ICP-MS after oxidizing I- to IO3- using NaC103 solution of 17% as oxidant was researched. The results show that after iodide being oxidized to iodate, the determination stability of total iodine significantly enhances, and the response value is not diminished due to the iodide being stable. The oxidation reaction affects iodine speciation. The reaction rate is related to amount of sodium hypochlorite,independent of reaction time and solution acidity. Iodide may be oxidized to iodate ions immediately if the amount of sodium hypochlorite solution is enough.
