中药清肠愈疡汤对TNBS溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清IL-17、IL-18、IL-23影响

Effect of Qingchang Yuyang Decoction on Serum IL-17 IL-18 IL-23 on TNBS Induced Ulcerative Colitis Rats

目的：为了探讨清肠愈疡汤对TNBS诱导的大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的干预作用。方法：将大鼠按体质量随机分为正常组、模型组、清肠组、香连组、美沙组,分组饲养12 d后,进行DAI评分,检测大鼠血清中炎症因子IL-17、IL-18、IL-23在造模后第4、8、12天的变化。结果：清肠组的IL-17、IL-18、IL-23含量第4天、第8天、第12天与模型组比较均有显著差异（P〈0.05）,呈明显下降趋势,且优于模型组、香连组。结论：清肠愈疡汤能够显著改善清肠组大鼠症状,有效降低IL-17、IL-18、IL-23的含量,并表现出与时间点的相关性,能够改善病变的炎症反应,从而达到治疗溃疡性结肠炎的目的。

Objective：To observe the intervention effect of Qingchang Yuyang Decoction on ulcerative colitis in rats. Methods：The rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Qingchang group,Xianglian group,Meisa group,after feeding 12 d,detected DAI score,concentrations of IL-17,IL-18,IL-23 in serum of rats at fourth,8,12 days of change. Results：Concentrations of IL-17,IL-18,IL-23 in Qingchang group from fourth days,eighth days,twelfth days,compared with the model group had significant difference（P〈0.05）,showed a significant downward trend,and better than the model group,and Xianglian group. Conclusion：Qingchang Yuyang Decoction can significantly improve symptoms of rats,decreased IL-17,IL-18,IL-23 content,and showed a correlation with time,reduced the inflammation of intestinal tissue damage,so as to achieve the purpose of treatment of ulcerative colitis.
