摘要
慢加急性肝衰竭（ACLF）是在慢性肝病基础上出现的急性肝功能损伤,其病情进展较快,病死率高,引起了国内外学者对该病的广泛关注。目前,关于ACLF的发病机制尚未明确,不同地域的ACLF病因不同。该文针对ACLF发病机制的文献进行整理及分析总结。
Acute-on-chronic liver failure（ACLF）is an acute liver injury on the chronic liver disease,due to the fast progress and high mortality,domestic and foreign scholars pay attention to ACLF. Now,the pathogenesis of ACLF is not clear,it may have different causes in different regions. This article through collect literature about the pathogenesis of ACLF,and then analyze it.
