肾衰饮对老年慢性肾衰竭患者疗效及机体免疫功能影响

Effect of Shenshuai Yin on Elderly Patients with Chronic Renal Failure and Their Immune Function

目的：探讨肾衰饮对老年慢性肾衰竭患者疗效及机体免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2015年3月—2016年8月我院诊治的76例老年慢性肾衰竭患者,随机分成对照组与治疗组,每组38例。均予营养支持、纠正磷钙代谢紊乱以及水电解质酸碱平衡等基础治疗,对照组予药用炭片治疗,治疗组在上述基础上予中药肾衰饮治疗,均治疗2个月。检测免疫相关指标及肾功能指标,评估主要症状积分,比较临床效果。结果：与治疗前比较,对照组IgM、IgG、IgA等免疫球蛋白以及主要症状积分均无变化（P〉0.05）,治疗组IgM、IgG、IgA升高（P〈0.05）,倦怠乏力、恶心呕吐、水肿、腰膝酸软症状积分降低（P〈0.01）,两组血BUN、Scr降低（P〈0.01）;与对照组比较,治疗组IgM、IgG、IgA较高（P〈0.05）,BUN、Scr较低（P〈0.01）,倦怠乏力、恶心呕吐、水肿、腰膝酸软症状积分较低（P〈0.01）,总有效率较高（P〈0.05）。结论：肾衰饮可有效调节患者免疫功能,改善中医症状,改善肾脏功能。

Objective：To explore the effect of Shenshuai Yin on elderly patients with chronic renal failure and their immune function. Methods：76 elderly patients with CRF from March 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,38 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with medicinal carbon plate,and the treatment group was treated more with renal failure decoction. All patients were treated for 2 months. The immune related indexes and renal function indexes were detected. The main symptom scores were assessed. Results：Compared with before treatment,IgM,IgG,IgA and other immunoglobulins and main symptom scores in the control group had no changes（P〈0.05）,levels of IgM,IgG and IgA in the study group increased（P〈0.05）,the scores of fatigue,nausea and vomiting,edema,lumbar debility symptoms decreased（P〈0.01）,the blood levels of BUN and Scr decreased in 2 groups（P〈0.01）. Compared with the control group,the levels of IgM,IgG and IgA in the study group were higher（P〈0.05）,the blood levels of BUN and Scr were lower（P〈0.01）,the scores of fatigue,nausea and vomiting,edema,lumbar debility symptoms score were lower（P〈0.01）,the total efficiency was higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Shenshuai Yin can effectively improve the immune function,improve the symptoms of TCM and improve the renal function.
