马融教授运用银翘散治疗儿童抽动障碍风邪犯肺证30例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 30 Cases with the Use of Yinqiao San to Treat Children with Tic Disorders of Wind Evil Invading Lung Syndrome

目的：观察马融教授运用银翘散加减治疗儿童抽动障碍风邪犯肺证的临床疗效。方法：30例抽动障碍风邪犯肺证患儿采用银翘散加减治疗8周,治疗前后采用疾病疗效评定标准（耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表）以及中医证候疗效评定标准进行评分,并评价治疗8周后的临床疗效。结果：治疗后运动型抽动及发声抽动的各项评分均较治疗前差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）;中医证候评分较治疗前明显减少（P〈0.05）。结论：银翘散加减方能明显改善风邪犯肺证抽动障碍患儿运动抽动、发声抽动的症状及中医证候,治疗儿童抽动障碍疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Professor MA Rong＇s application of Yinqiao San on treating wind evil invading lung syndrome in children with tic disorders. Methods：Thirty patients with wind evil invading lung syndrome were treated with Yinqiao San for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment,the standard of disease curative effect evaluation（Yale Comprehensive Tic-Severity Scale）and TCM syndrome efficacy evaluation standard to score,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of 8 weeks after treatment. Results：The scores of exercise twitching and vocal tics after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment（P〈0.05）. The scores of TCM syndromes were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Yinqiao San addition and subtraction can significantly improve wind evil invading lung syndrome in children with motor tics,vocal tics symptoms and TCM syndrome,treatment of tic disorders in children with significant effect,show that it can improve the effect of the children＇s movement and twitching,and the treatment of children with tic disorders.
