Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Primary Carcinoma of Liver

原发性肝癌是消化道常见恶性肿瘤,预后较差。中医药疗法是当前治疗肝癌的重要辅助手段,辨证施治的个体化优势,在临床治疗中发挥的作用日益凸显。中医药治疗肝癌的作用机制可能与其诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞增生、抑制肿瘤血管生成、提高机体免疫功能等方面相关。

Primary carcinoma of liver（PLC）is a common malignant tumor in the digestive system,which has a poor prognosis. This paper summarizes the progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment（TCM）of PLC from these aspects：the etiology and pathogenesis,TCM clinical treatment and the mechanism of action of TCM treatment. The advantages of TCM in the treatment of PLC is increasingly prominent. TCM can play a role in inducing tumor cell apoptosis,inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inhibiting tumor angiogenesis,improving immune function and so on.
