摘要
石墨烯由于具有优异的综合性能(导电、导热和机械性能),被认为是制备先进金属基复合材料的理想增强相。综述了石墨烯增强轻金属基复合材料在制备工艺、力学性能及物理性能方面的研究进展,并讨论了石墨烯在金属基体中的强韧化机制,分析了石墨烯金属基复合材料在制备过程中的难题,总结了添加石墨烯对于不同轻金属基体的力学性能的改善情况,展望了今后轻金属基石墨烯复合材料的研究方向。
Graphene has been considered to be an ideal reinforcement for fabricating advanced metal matrix composites, due to its excellent comprehensive performance, such as electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and mechanical properties. This review focused on the processing techniques, mechanical properties, physical properties and strengthening mechanisms of graphene reinforced light metal matrix composites. Additionally, the limitations of the processing techniques were analyzed. The mechanical property improvements achieved by addition ofgraphene in various light metal matrix systems were summarized.
