摘要 以双辊铸轧技术为基础,提出了一种“双金属带材固液复合铸轧技术”新工艺。此外,在现有的试验条件下,进行了钢/铝的固液复合轧制试验,最后制备出了复合板坯。对复合后板坯的结合面进行了剥离强度试验和剪切强度试验。经过对一些工艺参数的分析,得出了钢板的预热温度、轧制速度是影响该工艺路线的主要因素。另外,轧制成功的复合板抗拉强度符合使用要求,其复合板界面的结合不是很好。 Based on twin roll cast-rolling technique, a new bimetal strip solid-liquid phase compound cast-rolling processwas proposed. In addition, under the existing experimental equipment, solid-liquid composite rolling experiment wassuccessfully carried out, and then, the compound slab was prepared. The peel strength test and shear strength test of bondingsurface of the composite slab were carried out. By the analysis of some process parameters, the preheating temperature androlling speed of the steel plate are the main factors for affecting the process route. In addition, the tensile strength of thecomposite board after successfully rolling can meet the operating requirements. Howeever, the bonding surface of thecomposite slab isn't good.
