摘要 分析了不同退火温度、退火时间下覆铝板带组织和力学性能的变化,研究了钎焊温度和时间对界面化合物层的影响,利用电子探针确定了铁铝化合物的成分组成。结果表明,在试验条件下,随着退火时间的延长,覆铝钢的强度先降低随后保持稳定;在625℃模拟钎焊热处理或者在不同钎焊温度下保温10 min时,随着模拟钎焊温度升高或者保温时间的延长,钢铝界面形成Fe_2Al_5铁铝化合物层,同时厚度逐步增加。 The changes of microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum clad strip at different annealingtemperatures and annealing time were analyzed. The effects of brazing temperature and time on the compound layer of theinterface were studied. The composition of Fe-A1 compounds was determined by electron probe. The results show that undertest conditions, with the extension of annealing time, the strength of aluminum clad steel decreases firstly and then remainsstable; during simulated brazing heat treatment at 625 ℃, or at different brazing temperatures for 10 min, with the increase ofsimulated brazing temperature or holding time, at the interface of aluminum and iron, Fe2A15 iron aluminum compound layer isformed, and the thickness increases gradually.
