热处理制度对建筑轻质钢结构材料性能的影响

摘要 采用不同热处理制度对建筑轻质钢结构材料进行了处理,并进行了力学性能和耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:与常规退火相比,等温退火轻质钢结构材料的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别增加27 MPa、28 MPa、1.65%,磨损体积减小26%;超声退火的试样抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别增加34 MPa、37 MPa、2.37%,磨损体积减小40%;超声等温退火的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别增加75 MPa、95 MPa、4.62%,磨损体积减小71%。优选的热处理制度是超声等温退火。 The lightweight construction steel structure materials were treated by using different heat treatment systems.And the mechanical properties and wear resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that compared withconventional annealing, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the isothermal annealing lightweight steelstructure material increase by 27 MPa, 28 MPa andl.65% respectively, and the wear volume decreases by 26%; the tensilestrength, yield strength and elongation of ultrasonic annealing sample increase 34 MPa, 37 MPa and 2.37%, respectively, andthe wear volume decreases by 40%; the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the ultrasonic isothermal annealingsample increase by 75 MPa, 95 MPa and 4.62%, respectively, and the wear volume decreases by 71%. The optimized heattreatment system is ultrasonic isothermal annealing.
