摆动振荡参数对A356铝合金半固态浆料微观组织的影响

摘要 采用摆动震荡法制备了A356铝合金半固态浆料,研究了浇注温度、振幅及转速对半固态浆料微观组织的影响规律。结果表明:振幅及转速对该铝合金半固态浆料微观组织影响不大,浇注温度影响最为显著。随着浇注温度的升高,当量直径逐渐增大,形状因子逐渐减小。合理的浇注温度为620~630℃。要想获得比较圆整的球状晶,其转速应大于60 r/min,振幅大于0.5π。 A356 aluminum alloy semi-solid slurry was prepared by using limited angular oscillation method, and the effects of pouring temperature, oscillation amplitude and rotating velocity on the microstructure of the semi-solid slurry were studied. The results show that the influence of the oscilation amplitude and rotating speed on the microstructure of the aluminum alloy semi-solid slurry is not great, while the influence of pouring temperature is the most significant. With the increase of pouring temperature, the equivalent diameter increases gradually and the shape factor decreases gradually. The reasonable pouting temperature is in the range of 620 to 630 ℃. In order to obtain relatively round spherical crystal, the rotating speed should be bigger than 60 r/min and the amplitude be bigger than 0.5π.
