摘要 以风电用QT400-18AL为研究对象,使用高镧球化剂、Ba13孕育剂、含Bi随流孕育剂等进行球化孕育处理,最终获得了力学性能优异、工艺适用性强的球墨铸铁材料。结果表明:采用该球化孕育方式得到的试样石墨球细小,且数量多,能充分利用石墨膨胀消除风电轮毂的缩松缩孔缺陷,且球墨铸铁试样的力学性能满足QT400-18AL的性能要求,即使模数达到5 cm时,力学性能依然优异。 Taking QT400-18AL for wind power as the research object, the nodular cast iron with excellent mechanical performance and good process suitability was finally obtained by using the high lanthanum nodularizer, Bal3 inoculant, and the stream inoculant including Bi. The results show that the graphite nodule of the sample obtained by the nodulizing-inoculating process is small, the quatity is large, and it can fully take advantage of graphite expansion to eliminate the shrinkage and porosity defects of wind turbine hub. The mechanical properties of the nodular cast iron sample can satisfy the mechanical property requirement of QT400-18AL, and the mechanical performance is excellent even when the modulus reaches 5 cm.
