摘要
设计了一种船用柴油机机身铸件球墨铸铁材料化学成分。通过熔融炉料,分析初始铁水化学成分,调整成分,进行球化处理和反球化处理等,制备出满足柴油机机身组织和力学性能要求的材料。结果表明:设计并制备的铸件材料,可解决现有某船用柴油机机身因其中一种或多种元素配比不合理而导致铸件出现的组织缺陷、力学性能低等难题,显著提高其铸件成品率。
The chemical composition of nodular cast iron for marine diesel engine body casting was designed. The material that meet the requirements of microstructure and mechanical properties of diesel engine body was prepared through melting furnace charge, chemical composition analysis of the initial iron, adjusting chemical composition, spheroidizing, anti-spherification, etc. The results show that, the designed and prepared casting material can solve the problem of casting defect in mierostrueture and low mechanical properties caused by unreasonable ratio of one or several elements,and it significantly improves the yield of castings.
