摘要
在实际工程中磨损引起的损失非常严重。本文利用多向锻造技术加工了中碳低合金钢。研究了多向锻造对中碳低合金钢磨料磨损性能的影响。结果表明,多向锻造的试样组织显著细化,抗拉强度和硬度大幅度增加。抗拉强度和硬度分别为1081.5 MPa和337.6 HV,强度和硬度大幅度提高是由于组织显著细化。由于试验材料的硬度增加,使磨料磨损性能获得明显改善。
In practical engineering, the losses caused by wear are very serious. Medium carbon low alloy steel was processed by multi-directional forging technology. The effect of multidireetional forging on the abrasive wear properties of medium carbon low alloy steel was studied. The results show that the microstructure of the samples of multi-direction forging is obviously refined. Tensile strength and hardness increase substantially. The strength and hardness are 1081.5 MPa and 337.6 HV, respectively. Large increase in strength and hardness is due to significant refinement of the microstructure. As the hardness of the test material increases, the abrasion resistance of the material is improved obviously.
