摘要
单点渐进成形过程中的回弹对成形件的精度影响较大。本文采用单因素试验研究了单点渐进成形时不同板厚对成形件精度的影响。通过Abaqus软件进行了成形过程的数值模拟。结果表明:在误差允许的范围内,试验结果和仿真结果基本一致,板料的厚度越大,底部的鼓凸量越大,侧壁的加工精度越高。
Springback in single point incremental forming has a great influence on the accuracy of forming parts. The effect of different sheet thicknesses on the accuracy of single point incremental forming was studied by using single-factor experiment. The forming process was numerically simulated by Abaqus software. The results show that: the experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results in the range of allowable error. The larger the thickness of the sheet is, the larger the bulge in the bottom is, and the higher the processing accuracy of the side wall is.
