45钢表面状态对聚晶金刚石复合片钎焊性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 制备了不同表面状态的45钢试样,采用BAg612银焊钎料焊接45钢试样与聚晶金刚石复合片(Polycrystalline diamond compacts,PDC),研究了45钢表面状态对PDC钎焊性能的影响。结果表明:45钢表面状态为100目喷砂面和磨削面时,钎料润湿性较好,钎焊试样的剪切强度较佳,约为230 MPa。当45钢表面为喷砂态时,随着喷砂粒径的减小,钎料的润湿性和剪切强度呈增大趋势。45钢磨削态的钎焊件的剪切强度高于抛光态的剪切强度,这可能是钎料在磨削态表面的润湿性较在抛光态表面的好,且磨削沟槽使得钎焊面积增加的缘故。 The 45 steel samples with different surface states were prepared. The 45 steel sample and polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) were welded by using silver-based solder BAg612, and the effects of 45 steel surface states on the brazing performance of PDC were investigated. The results show that when the surface state of 45 steel is 100 mesh sandblasted surface and grinding surface, the wettabilities of the solder are good, and the shear strength of the brazed samples is good, which is about 230 MPa. When the 45 steel surface is sandblasted state, the wettability of the solder and the shear strength of brazed samples increase with the decrease of sand blasting paticle size. The shear strength of brazed specimen with 45 steel grinding surface is higher than that of brazed specimen with polished surface. The reason may be that the wettabilty of the solder on grinding surface is better than that on polished surface and the grooves on grinding surface increase the brazing area.
