摘要
通过指标选择、指标结构和指标权重构建综合评价指标体系,根据指标体系计算评价指数,但如何确定评价结果的合理性、准确性,长期以来对指标体系的检验研究较少,文章以人口均衡型社会综合评价指标体系为例,通过灰关联序与综合指数结果排序的排序平均误差长度来检验所建立评价指标体系的合理性。
A comprehensive evaluation index system is usually constructed through the selection of indexes, the structure of indexes and the weight of indexes, and the evaluation index computed according to the index system. Nevertheless, very few re- searches have been done for a long time on how to determine the rationality and accuracy of the evaluation results so as to test the index system. This paper takes the comprehensive evaluation index system of the population-balanced society as an example, and tests the rationality of the established evaluation index system through the grey relational order and the average ranking error length of the comprehensive index ranking.
