摘要
文章在理论分析的基础上,对178家企业管理者的调查数据运用因子分析、多元回归分析等统计方法,研究了企业文化对企业竞争力的实际影响。结果表明,企业文化的各维度对企业竞争力均有显著影响。同时,还发现在企业文化与企业竞争力的关系中,企业社会责任起到了部分中介作用。
This paper, on the basis of theoretical analysis, studies the tangible impact of enterprise culture on enterprise com- petitiveness by using factor analysis and multiple regression analysis to analyze the survey data from administrators of 178 enter- prises. The results indicate that each dimension of enterprise culture has significant effect on enterprise competitiveness. At the same time, it also finds that enterprise social responsibility plays an intermediary role to a cerlain extent in the relationship of en- terprise culture and enterprise competitiveness.
