涂剂中苯甲酸和硝酸咪康唑含量的薄层色谱扫描测定法

TLC Densitometric Determination of Benzoic Acid and Miconazole Nitrate in Paint

本文建立了苯甲酸咪康唑剂涂剂的薄层色谱扫描测定法。点样后的硅胶GF_(254)薄层板,经正已烷—氯仿—甲醇—二乙胺(42:21:13:5)混合溶剂上行展开后,反射锯齿扫描测定,λ=220um,SX=3,外标一点法定量计算。苯甲酸和硝酸咪康唑测定的线性范围分别2～6μg和12～36μg,方法准确、简便。

A simple, rapid and accurate method for the TLC-densitometric determinationof benzoic acid and miconazole nitrate in paint has been established. The spottedsilica gel GF_(254) plate was developed with a solvent system of n-hexane-chloro-form-mothanol-dietyl amine (42: 21: 13: 5 ). The separated sports were then zigzag-scanned by a shimadzn scanner CS-930 with the parameters being reflection-absorp-tion mode, slio=1.2x 1.2mm,λ:220nm and sx=3.The external standard 1-point wo-rking curve method was used for the quantitative calculation. The linear rangesfor the determinations of benzoic acid and miconazole nitrate were between 2～6and 12～36μg, respectively.
