摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定叶黄素脂质体的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil^((2))C_(18)(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱,以100%纯乙腈为流动相,流速0.6 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为443 nm,进样量20μL。结果:叶黄素的线性范围为6.96~69.57μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率(n=9)为98.8%。3批样品的含量分别为98.61%、96.17%、100.51%。结论:本方法适用于叶黄素脂质体的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of lutein liposomes.Methods: A Diamonsil(2) C18 column(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm) was adopted as the analytical column.The mobile phase consisted of 100% acetonitrile with isocratic elution at a flow rate of 0.6 mL·min-1;the detection wavelength was 443 nm and the injection volume was 20 μL.Results: The linear range was 6.96-69.57 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8) for lutein and the average recovery(n=9) was 98.8%.The content in three batches of samples was 98.61%,96.17% and 100.51%,respectively.Conclusion: The method can be used for determining the content of lutein liposomes.
