摘要
教学是一门如何利用教学时机的艺术。作为客观存在的事物,教学时机有一定的外显特征,它总会直接或间接地通过学生的某些表现反馈给教师。教师所面临的最紧迫的任务,就是去了解这个尚未被认识的儿童,并把他从所有的障碍物中解放出来。为了完成这个任务,教师必须懂得如何识别和创设教学时机。抓住了教学时机因机施教,则事半功倍;失去了教学时机费心耗力,则事倍功半,甚至劳而无功。一名教师要想成为优秀的教师,智慧地运用教学时机实施"因机施教"是他的必然选择。是否具备"因机施教"的能力,是区分专家型教师和其他教师的根本标志之一。
Teaching is an art of how to take advantage of teaching opportunity. As an objective thing,teaching opportunity has some explicit characteristics, it is always directly or indirectly fed back to the teacher through the performance of some of the students. The most urgent task for a teacher is to understand the unknown child and to liberate him from all obstacles. In order to complete the task, educators must understand how to identify and create teaching opportunity. If teachers seize the opportunity of teaching to teach students according to opportunity, then they will yield twice the result with half the effort.If they do not comply with the teaching opportunity, they will get half the results with double the effort, even toil with no gain. If a teacher wants to be an excellent teacher, It is his inevitable choice to teach students according to opportunity intelligently. Whether you have the ability to "teach students according to opportunity" is one of the basic marks to distinguish expert teacher from other teachers.
