Optimum basicity and economy of high silicon sinter

摘要 烧结矿碱度变化对其产量、质量、冶金性能和高炉经济技术指标都有一定影响。对比烧结矿碱度与烧结机产量、高炉产量、焦比等指标的关系,试验研究烧结矿碱度变化对成品率、利用系数、冶金性能的影响。研究结果表明,酒钢高硅烧结矿在碱度为1.6-1.9时,冶金性能及各项指标较好,利用系数随碱度上升而提高;在此区间内降低烧结矿碱度,可提高烧结矿品位,降低生铁成本。 The change of basicity of sinter will have some influence on its yield,quality,metallurgical property and economic and technical index of blast furnace. The relationship between the basicity of sinter and sinter yield,yield of the blast furnace as well as coke ratio effect was compared,and the influence of sinter basicity change on the sinter yield,utilization coefficient and metallurgical properties of correspondence was tested. When the basicity of sinter with high silicon in Jiuquan Steel is within 1.6-1.9,the metallurgical properties and various indexes are better. The utilization coefficient increases with the increase of basicity. Within the basicity interval and reducing the sinter basicity,the sinter and blast furnace grade can be improved,and the cost of pig iron can be reduced.
