摘要
针对西北某铸造厂目前生产的高锰钢耐磨衬板在使用过程中容易破碎和变形的问题,通过对现生产的高锰钢成分与性能的分析,向高锰钢中添加一定量的合金添加剂,并改进热处理方式,使高猛钢耐磨衬板的硬度、耐磨性、抗冲击性能和寿命都有较大的提升,硬度提高10.7%,耐磨性提高62.7%,抗拉强度提高7.4%,屈服强度提高8.13%。
The problem of easy cracking and deformation of high manganese steel wear liner was studied by analysis of composition and properties. The hardness,wear resistance,impact resistance and service life of high manganese steel wear liner were greatly improved by added a certain amount of alloy additives and improve the heat treatment. Finally the hardness,abrasion resistance,tensile strength and yield strength of high manganese steel were improved 10.7%,62.7%,7.4% and 8.13% respectively.
