摘要
为了将信号设备报警及预警实时地传达到电务维护人员,设计了以短信方式发送的集中监测短信报警系统。分别从基于短信猫和基于第三方短信平台的集中监测短信报警系统的硬件组成、系统架构以及系统软件设计等方面,对比分析了2种系统构成的优缺点和适用情形。该系统极大地缩短了对设备故障的响应时间,提高了故障处理效率,具有很好的实用价值。
In order to send the alarm and early warning of signal equipment monitored by the cen tralized monitoring system to C&S maintenance personnel in a real time manner, we designed a centralized monitoring and alarm system via SMS which can sends the alarm in the form of text messages. This system can be built based on a SMS Modem or a third party SMS platform. The advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of the systems and their application are compared and analyzed in terms of hardware composition, system architecture and system software design. This system can help greatly shorted response time to equipment failures and enhanced the efficiency of fault disposal, which has good practical value.
