“Fast Hugs Bid”质检理念的应用对危重症患者不良事件发生率的影响

目的探讨"Fast Hugs Bid"质检理念在危重症患者护理中的应用效果。方法将600例危重症患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组300例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组运用"Fast Hugs Bid"质检理念进行护理。比较两组患者不良事件发生率、非计划性拔管率、住院天数的差异。结果实验组不良事件发生率、非计划性拔管发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两组住院天数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 "Fast Hugs Bid"查检单应用于危重患者救治,提高了危重症患者护理质量,保证了护理安全。

Objective To explore the effects of ＂Fast Hugs Bid＂ in quality care in severe patients.Methods 600 severe patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, the control group using conventional care, the experimental group using ＂Fast Hugs Bid＂ quality care concept for care.The incidence of adverse events, unplanned extubation rates and hospitalization days were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events and unplanned extubation in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.However, there was no significant difference in the number of days of hospitalization between the two groups （P〉 0.05） .Conclusion ＂Fast Hugs Bid＂ checklist applied to critically ill patients to improve the quality of care for critically ill patients to en- sure the safety of care.
