金堆城露天矿穿孔作业危险性分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着数字化矿山的普及,数字化穿孔作业在国内部分大型矿山已经得到了实现,但是由于露天矿山生产一直以来都是高危险性行业,且基于矿山穿孔作业恶劣的作业环境,故有必要对其进行危险性分析。由于穿孔作业危险性复杂多样,故采用预先危险性分析和改进的作业条件危险性评价方法(PHA-MES)对金堆城数字化穿孔作业进行危险性评价,得出了数字化穿孔作业过程中各个危险源及其危险程度,进而提出了相应的控制措施。通过对金堆城露天钼矿数字化穿孔作业的实例分析表明,利用PHA-MES法,能够深入、全面、客观的分析系统中的危险因素,对露天矿山数字化穿孔作业的危险源管控提供了参考。 Digital perforation work is commonly used in some large-scale domestic mines with the popularity of digital mining. Due to the harsh work environment in surface mine, and high-risk in mining production, it is necessary to analyze the risk of digital perforation work. Since there are various and complicated risk in perforation work, a combined method of PHA (Prelim Hazard Analysis) with MES( Measurement Exposure Sequence)for risk assessment (PHA-MES) was used to evaluate the risk in digitizing perforation work, and each risk source and its level were obtained. Based on this, some corresponding measures to avoid the risk were proposed. The case study in Jinduicheng open-pit molybdenum showed that PHA-MES method can comprehensively and objectively analyze the risk factors in the system in-depth. It provides a reference for the hazard control of the digital perforation operation in opencast mine.
