基于文献计量的量子信息研究国际竞争态势分析 被引量:14

摘要 为揭示量子信息领域的国际研发竞争态势,利用文献计量学方法,采用高被引科学家占比、研究团队学科专业背景多样性、年龄结构等指标,从全球量子信息科研竞争态势和4个领先科研单元的比较两个角度开展研究。结果表明,全球量子信息研究在20世纪90年代开始步入快速发展期,美国和中国的科研产出优势显著,中国科学院的论文产出在全球所有科研机构中处于领先地位。4个科研单元各具优势:中科院量子卓越中心的论文总体影响力水平、高被引科学家占比、学科专业背景多样性等均低于麻省理工学院极限量子信息理论中心和牛津大学量子计算中心;但是其处于可以做出重大知识创新发现的最佳年龄段的青年科学家占比最高,竞争潜力优势明显,且其科研范式以集团军式的联合研究为主,更利于发挥团队优势,攻关科研项目。最后,本文提出了加强学科交叉研究、加强基础理论研究、加强人才队伍建设等方面的建议。 Based on bibliometric analysis, this paper sheds light on international research and development (R&D) competitive situation in the area of quantum petitive situation and comparison among four leading information from two perspectives:global R&D comscientific research units. It is concluded that:global quantum information research has stepped into fast developing period since the 1990s;US and China have significant advantages in their research outputs ; the paper output quantity of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) is leading the way among the global scientific research institutes. Four scientific units each show its advantages:even though Quantum Study Center of Excellence, CAS, shows lower paper output quantity, share of highly cited scientists, and variety of discipline background than Quantum Theory Center of MIT and Quantum Computing Center of Oxford, it has more young scientists who are at the best age of creation, it has obvious advantage of competitive potential, and shows the type of group and united research in scientific paradigm which is a better way to exploit team superiority and tackle scientific challenges. At last, the paper gives suggestions including reinforcing the interdisciplinary studies, research of basic theories, and talents construction.
