改良闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折34例临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of 34 cases with clavicle fracture treated with modified closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation

目的探讨改良闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床效果。方法 2014年8月-2016年12月对34例锁骨骨折患者采用改良闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗,并根据观察指标判断术后疗效。结果 34例患者术后经3~24个月随访,骨折均于6~10周,平均8.4周达到临床愈合。未发生骨折不愈合、畸形愈合及延迟愈合;未出现克氏针断裂及脱出、迁移;未发生锁骨下血管、神经及胸膜损伤。按照Neer肩关节功能评定标准评分:优30例,良4例,可0例,差0例,优良率100%。结论本手术方法操作简便易行,适合术者学习掌握,效果肯定,患者易于接受,且术后恢复快,经济实用,是一种值得在临床推广的手术方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified closed reduction percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation for the treatment of clavicle fracture. Methods From August 2014 to December 2016, 34 patients with clavicle fracture were treated with modified closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation.According to the observation index, the curative effect of 34 patients was judged. Results 34 patients were followed up for 3~24 months, all of them healed clinically in 6~10 weeks, with an average of 8.4 weeks. No fracture, deformity and delayed union occurred, no Kirschner wire rupture and extrusion, migration, no subclavian vascular, nerve and pleural injury occurred. According to Neer＇s shoulder function evaluation standard score： the results were excellent in 30 cases, good in 4 cases, middle in 0 case, poor in 0 case, the excellent rate was 100 %.Conclusion This method is suitable for the study of the operator, and it is easy to operate.its effect is confirmed, and the patient is easy to accept, and the postoperative recovery is fast, economic and practical. This method is a kind of surgical method worthy of clinical promotion.
